("Citytv")

1. "Contest Period" starts at 6:00am on August 1, 2011 and continues until 12:00pm on September 1, 2011 (the "Contest Closing Date"). All times are Central. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries.

2. To enter, visit www.BreakfastTelevision.com during the Contest Period and complete the entry form in full and submit as instructed by the Contest Closing Date. The videos must be uploaded onto YouTube via a personally created YouTube page, and the following steps must then be taken:

The video submission period will run from August 1st, 2011 to August 21st, 2011. If you don't have a Youtube account you must create one for free by providing a user name and password and other information that may b required by YouTube. All account holders must adhere to Youtube's guidelines.

3. The entries must adhere to the following guidelines:

You may not submit an entry for any other person. Submissions must not contain defamatory words/statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); they just not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; they must not disparage persons or organizations associated with the Contest Sponsor; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any other way contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, provincial or local laws and regulations in any Province where video is created. The submission cannot contain any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or display any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements) as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Submissions must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. Submissions may not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity or pornography, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous and may not in any way reference persons or organizations without their written permission. The submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. Rogers reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon Citytv, the Contest or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Citytv.

Submissions must be no longer than two (2) minutes in length.

Citytv reserves the right to refuse submissions that do not follow this criteria.

4. All entries will be uploaded at www.BreakfastTelevision.com whereas an entrant will be chosen by the greatest amounts of votes by viewers. The voting will take place at breakfasttelevision.ca from August 22nd, 2011 to. 12:00pm, on September 1st, 2011 the Voting Period ("Voting Period") at Citytv's offices at 8 Forks Market Road. Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone, as set out on their entry form. In the case of a tie situation, there will be a random draw to determine the entrant who wins.

5. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another next entrant with the highest number of votes will be selected. Prizes must be picked up from the Citytv Winnipeg office within 7 days of being notified a winner.

6. Participants are eligible to win one (1) of one (1) DSLR camera and accessories from Henry's at a total approximate retail value of $1000.

7. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Citytv reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

8. To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.

9. By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Citytv and its advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.

10. This Contest is open to residents of Manitoba who are over the age of 18 as of the date of entry and excluding employees of Citytv, its parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

11. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrant.

12. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Citytv. Citytv takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Citytv is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Citytv and will not be returned.

13. Citytv is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Citytv with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. Please see Citytv's Privacy Policy at www.rogers.com for information on its policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.

14. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless Citytv, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

15. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Citytv. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

16. Citytv assume(s) no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. Citytv reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Citytv reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

17. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
