Breakfast Television Toronto’s Magical Journey Contest (“Contest”)

1.Contest starts on March 8th, 2013 at 6:01am and continues until April 7th, 2013 at 11:59 pm (“Contest Period”). All times are Eastern Time. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per email address, per day.

(a) To enter, watch Breakfast Television on City from March 8th to April 5th, 2013 to find out how to enter for a chance to win. Then visit www.breakfasttelevision.ca, click on the contest button and fill out the entry form in full and submit it as instructed within Contest Period.

(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 2 business days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the Prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected.

I.Round-trip airfare for four (4) people on a marketed/scheduled WestJet flight departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Orlando, FL on April 19 and returning on April 24, 2013;
II.Motor coach transportation to and from Orlando International Airport to a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort;
III.One (1) standard room (maximum of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel (at The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd.’s selection) for five (5) nights;
IV.Up to four (4) 4-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun & More Options; and
V.One (1) Disney Gift Card in the amount of six hundred U.S. dollars (US$600.00).

The approximate retail value of the vacation package is CDN$8199.12.

The winning vacation package rules include, but are not limited to:
•Each vacation package must be taken April 19, 2013 through April 24, 2013. The dates are firm.
•Each vacation package is for one (1) winner of the Contest and three (3) guests of each winner's choosing.
•Each vacation package and vacation package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, commissioned, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Each vacation package is not redeemable for cash.
•Each winner and his/her guests must each sign a Release, and such Releases must be submitted to the Contest Sponsor within two (2) days after the Releases are sent. Failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting the Prize.
•Winner and his/her guests must attend the Breakfast Television broadcast on April 22nd & 23rd ,2013 and the broadcast of Cityline on April 22, 2013 from the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

•Round-trip airfare for one (1) winner, and three (3) guests on a scheduled WestJet flight from Toronto, ON (“Prize”) to Orlando, FL. The winner and guests must travel together departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Orlando, FL on April 19, 2013 at 2030 (8:30pm) and returning from Orlando at 0700 (7am) on April 24, on predetermined WestJet flights. Prize is not valid on any other date and/or time.

Prize restrictions:

No changes to passenger names are permitted once a booking has been confirmed for the Prize. Each winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary for both the outbound and inbound portions of the Prize. Flights will be booked by WestJet on predetermined flights. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if the Prize is not used. The Prize is non-transferable (and without limiting the foregoing, the Prize may not be sold or traded), must be taken as offered and cannot be substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in the Prize Supplier’s sole discretion. Prize Supplier reserves the right to substitute the Prize or component of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if the Prize is not taken.

The flight component of the Prize is subject to government restrictions and regulations, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Prize Supplier is not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation, for any reason, of any flight(s) forming part of the Prize, and each winner will not be compensated in the event of such delay, cancellation or other event described herein. Each Winner and his/her guest must have, and are responsible for obtaining, all necessary identification and or travel documents and any required medical and travel related necessities. Prize Supplier is not responsible for any lost Prize, or Prize letters. Other restrictions may apply.

Each winner and his/her guests are responsible for all costs incurred to and from the departure point as the prize originates and terminates there. It is also each winner’s responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs immigration requirements. Failing to provide the required documents may result in denied boarding by WestJet and/or entry by immigration authorities. Prize Supplier is not responsible in this respect. Request for refund will not be entertained. Prize Supplier reserves the right to substitute the destination in the Prize if for any unforeseen circumstance Prize Supplier no longer offers the vacation package. Winner waives all recourse against the Prize Supplier if services offered do not prove to be entirely satisfactory.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A CURRENT, VALID CANADIAN PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES. WINNER AND GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL INTO UNITED STATES ON DATES PREDETERMINED BY WESTJET. FAILURE TO PROVIDE NECCESARY DOCCUMENTATION WILL BE DENIED PRIZE FLIGHTS. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE OFFERED.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised Prize.

3.To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question as included on the entry form; and sign and return a signed Release of liability and acknowledgment form within two days of receiving the Release form. Each guest must also sign and return a signed Release of liability and acknowledgment form within two days of receiving the Release form.

4.Contest Sponsor’s rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the Prize.

5.By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor, The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd. and/or their advertising agencies, parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Prize Supplier without further notice or compensation.

6.This contest is open to residents of Ontario who are over the age of majority in their province or territory, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsor, Prize Supplier and The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd., and their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

7.No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.

8.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.

9.Contest Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Contest Sponsor with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. Please see Rogers’ Privacy Policy at www.rogers.com for information on its policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.

10.By entering the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, WestJet, an Alberta Partnership, The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd. and their advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releases”) from any liability in connection with the Contest or, if declared a winner, of the Prize. Before being declared a winner, each winner will be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting the Prize, winner consents to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, and photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

11.This contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

12.(a) Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

(b) If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).
