Hard to believe another BT Outdoor Classic is now in the history books. From all of us at Breakfast Television, a hearty congratulations to all the players, parents, guardians and the coaches for getting up so bright and early!
Plus, a huge thanks to all of this year's fantastic community associations and all the volunteers!
Breakfast Television and Hockey Calgary were very proud to team up again for the 3rd Annual
Breakfast Television Outdoor Classic, as we hosted over 1,000 Atom hockey players (9-10 year old boys and girls) from February 22nd to March 1st on rinks and in arenas throughout Calgary.
We think its the greatest 'lil Atom tournament in the world!! ...for some good ol' fashion hockey, a fun time and feature games at these locations:
* Friday, February 22 - Northeast Sportsplex, NE
* Monday, February 25 at Glendale Meadows, SW
* Tuesday, February 26 at McKenzie Lake, SE
* Wednesday, February 27 at Whitehorn, NE
* Thursday, February 28 at Arbour Lake, NW
* Friday, March 1 at the Scotiabank Saddledome
Games were shown live during Breakfast Television ...visit our VIDEO section and our "BT Bites" to see highlights from the week. And by means of a voting process two division finals were played at the Scotiabank Saddledome where the Calgary Flames play on Friday, March 1st!
